A template is a fact that is used as a model when creating new facts. Usually  the purpose of templates is to set the structure of the content. Often templates contain fields which can be filled in. Templates can be set to appear as predefined content when creating fact in a specific folder.


Common examples for templates are:

  1. agenda for a discussion
  2. journal
