Differing permission options for "TinyMCE"
 

Using the P-Admin Interface you can specify which groups should use the text editor "TinyMCE" (see chapter "Working with TinyMCE editor ").


Working steps:

|1| Click in the main menu on "".


|2| Click on the "perm" button in the row "TinyMCE".

You will see a list of the available groups on the platform.

|4| Put checks to the desired groups.

Access:
access + write

These groups will have the permission to use the text editor TinyMCE


|5| Save your changes with the button "set permissions".


You can also specify which text input mode to be used as default.


Working steps:

|1| Click in the main menu on "Services".

|2| Click on the "perm" button in the row "Tinymce".

You will see three options:

plain text input (default)

When creating content is automatically used the easy text entry mode. If needed the user can switch to another mode, provided that he/she is entitled to do so.

TinyMCE editor 

When creating content is automatically used the TinyMCE, when the user has the needed permissions to use this text editor. If needed he/she can switch to another mode, provided that he/she is entitled to do so.

epoz rich text editor

When creating content is automatically used the epoz-facttext editor, when the user has the needed permissions to use this text editor. If needed he/she can switch to another mode, provided that he/she is entitled to do so.

facttext editor

When creating content is automatically used the facttext editor, when the user has the needed permissions to use this text editor. If needed he/she can switch to another mode, provided that he/she is entitled to do so.


|4| Save your changes with the button "Save options".

In the personal settings the users have the possibility to choose which text input mode should be used as default. (see chapter "Settings").
