Organizing/Moving shortcuts (Content)

If you ever have the need to rearrange the content in your “Structure,” then having the ability to move shortcuts is a necessity. Notice the arrows at the very right.

If you want to rearrange a shortcut, you have to check the corresponding radio button on the right side of the "delete” link. After that you have the choice between three possibilities:

1) Rearrange shortcuts within the same level: demonstration video A: Film-Kamera - 157662.1
Click the arrow next to the shortcut, above which you want to move your selected shortcut. By every arrow appears an "info text”, if you move the mouse over it.

users - inhalte verschieben up [en] - 182343.6

2) Shifting shortcuts to a higher level: demonstration video B: Film-Kamera - 157662.1
Click the highest arrow, so that the selected shortcut is shifted to the next highest level.

users - inhalte verschieben out [en] - 182344.6

3) Placing shortcuts in another folder: demonstration video C: Film-Kamera - 157662.1
Click the double arrow (outside right) of the folder, into which you want to move your shortcut.

users - inhalte verschieben into [en] - 119849.7
